Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your purchase, but if you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns of unworn, unwashed merchandise with original tags attached within 30 days of the shipping date. Please note that final sale items, shapewear, and jewelry are not eligible for return or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and billing zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Select your preferred return method to generate a prepaid USPS return shipping label and a packing slip to include inside your package.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack your items in the original packaging if possible, attach the prepaid shipping label to the outside, and drop it off at any authorized USPS location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once your return is received and inspected at our warehouse, please allow 7-10 business days for your refund to be processed back to your original form of payment.
